- Many sectors have to work together to promote and sustain health
- There are human rights related to partnerships, for example:
- Right of all to self-determination
- Right of all peoples to development, and international cooperation (this means states work together and with other partners such as civil society and global agencies)
- Right of everyone to enjoy the benefits of scientific progress and its use
- Right to privacy
