The report summarizes the safety data for each vaccine platform, pre-clinical toxicology studies, challenge studies in ferrets and non-human primates, interim phase 1 safety and immunogenicity results, and vaccine manufacturing and dose availability. The report presents the TAG –CVP unanimous recommendation to include both ChAdOx1 BDBV and mRNA-1469 in the phase 2/3 trial being conducted in the Democratic Republic of the Congo.
